Bel Ha is
situated on pristine Xpu Ha beach where you can stroll for a mile in
either direction over white powdery sand with gin clear Caribbean
waters lapping at your feet. Considered one of the finest
beaches the Riviera Maya has to offer, Xpu Ha should not disappoint

At Bel Ha you
will be surrounded by
your own private reserve of lush tropical vegetation. The long
winding driveway that delivers you to this paradise makes a wonderful
path to stroll along and observe the abundant native flora and
fauna. You will even find a magical 'cenote' on the
property. These fresh water sink holes have a long standing
tie to the Maya culture and are currently providing the entrance
ways for modern day explorers to map and research this under ground

Centrally located
to all the area has to offer, you will find yourself only minutes
drive from shopping, restaurants, scuba diving, golf, deep sea
fishing, Maya ruins, eco parks, swim with dolphins and other

Designed in a minimalist style Bel Ha exudes simple elegance. Sparing
use of color creates bold statements. Windows and doors frame postcard perfect views of ocean, jungle, sky and the house
itself. Purposeful design allows for natural, controllable cross ventilation and
provides for sunny rooms without glare or dark shadows. Shells,
plants, a basket of fruit, a well placed book, all become
objects d' art on the white canvas provided by walls and floors.

Casually elegant beachfront living emanates from every corner of this home
and property. Which ever direction you might head, there is an inviting spot to
relax, share conversation or to enjoy something to eat &
drink.
Through the week you will be treated to
dining in a number of idyllic locales. The beach, around the pool,
on the ocean side terrace, ocean side lawn, jungle side terrace, jungle
side lawn, or even in the house itself.

Building upon the harmony of home and the wonderland of nature that
surrounds it the large entranceway functions as an mere
passageway between jungle and ocean environments.
Manicured lawns on either side provide for a delicate
transition. Sitting and dining areas are strategically located
on terraces and patios in order to best appreciate the views, movement of the
sun and ocean breeze.

The upper floor has two
spacious suites on either wing. One with a large ocean facing
terrace. The other with private ocean and jungle facing
balconies. This master suite is accessed through a studio office
with impressive ocean view. This room can double as a bedroom for
young ones, if required. Two equally capacious suites are located on
the ground floor with similarly impressive views and
offerings.
All suites have terrace
or balcony, sitting areas, dressing rooms, private bathrooms full of
natural light and large oversized showers. Two of the suites have
Jacuzzi tubs. 3 of the suites offer King beds while one is furnished
with 2 double beds.

On the main floor is a comfortable living room, which, like all of
the house, is bathed in natural light, open, and airy. Off to the
side is a wet bar to keep those cool drinks close at hand. A closed
kitchen is just steps beyond. Of course, the chef at Bel Ha is as
impressive as the home and views.
Between
the villa and the beach a lovely pool with covered dining and sitting
areas is most inviting. A charcoal grill make this a spot that
beckons you to enjoy a meal fresh off off the grill.
Just
beyond, on the edge of the sandy beach is a covered palapa with seating,
table, hammocks and chaise lounges for you to enjoy the beach in absolute
splendor.

While there is certainly no reason to dine anywhere but at the
villa. Should you decide to want to try something a little
different. Located down the beach in opposite
directions are two small restaurants which serve delicious food and
provide a very simple, yet most romantic, setting.
