Meal Service available at Villa Brisa Caribe

While enjoying your stay at villa Brisa Caribe why not treat yourself to one of the 3 cook/chef options that we are able to offer.  But don't take my word for it.... read through some of our past guests comments and see how often the cook and chef service is mentioned as a highlight of the vacation. Advance notice strongly recommended to ensure availability.

OPTION #1 - Mexican/Mayan Cooks: Our charming Mexican cooks will prepare traditional Mexican and Mayan meals from recipes passed on through the family for many generations.  NOTE these cooks do not speak English and are not the right choice for a group with special dietary needs.  They also have a long way to travel to get to and from the villa so there are restrictions as to how early they can start and how late they can work.  Breakfast no earlier than 8:00 am and Dinner no later than 6:30 pam (click here for additional information, rates and sample menus)

OPTION #2 - International Chef 'Tina' if you prefer a more international menu then ‘Tina’ our German chef can create any number of fabulously tasty dishes from around the world including some delicious Mexican dishes.  Tina can handle special dietary needs and is available for arrival dinners and for those groups who are wanting to dine later in the evening (click here for additional information, rates and sample menus)

OPTION #3 - International Chefs Francesca, Pino & company: for those wishing for a higher level of service we can offer the services of one of our International chefs.  Chefs 'Francesca' and 'Pino' from Italy and their staff of well trained chefs, provide a consistently high level of culinary skills and service to our guests.  They offer a wide range of flexibility to meet our most discerning clients needs.  (click here for more details)
 

 OPTION #1: Mexican/Mayan Cooks: Margarita and her family of 7 brothers and sisters have made many of our guests very happy with their tasty traditional Mexican & Mayan cooking. (see sample menus and pricing further below)

HOW IT WORKS:
If you are wanting the service of the Mexican cooks before Tuesday of your stay, then we will need to know your menu choices for the first 3 meals.  NOTE that meals are served 'family style' with large plates & bowls set on the table and everyone eating the same meal.   Sorry but the Mexican cooks are not available to do personal grocery shopping for guests. 
-   We will then advance the cooks enough money to purchase the groceries for those meals and to cover the taxi fare to do the grocery shopping.   You can either send us that money before arriving or pay in cash on arrival.
-   The cooks will then do the shopping and get receipts for all of their expenses. They will provide you with the receipts and change from the groceries purchased.  During the week they may need additional menu choices and grocery money from you.
-  They will prepare your meal, serve it family style, clean up after and then leave the villa until time to return for the next service. 
-   The cooks have a long way to travel to get to the villa so please note and respect the restriction on service times.
        -  Breakfast cannot be served earlier than 8:00 am
        -  Dinner cannot be served later than 6:30 pm

OPTION #2: International Chef 'Tina': Tina a German of long time residency here in Mexico, offers a wide range of International dishes and flexibility to special dietary needs. She is available on a weekly basis or for individual meals. Tina has a selection of ‘regular’ meals but also does elaborate meals with numerous courses for more discerning diners, a memorable evening, or that special event.  Her service includes doing the shopping, preparing the meal(s), serving and cleaning up afterward.  Between meals she will be off site. 
NOTE:
She is available to do personal grocery shopping for you and babysitting.
