Villa Casa Buena Suerte on gorgeous Soliman bay near Tulum Mexico, is a fabulous representation of what vacationing in casual elegance on the white sands of the Riviera Maya is all about.

This spectacular 8000 sq. ft. villa with hacienda design influences from the Yucatan peninsula, is truly a celebration of beachfront living.  Loving attention to detail in every aspect of the home and property has resulted in a vacation villa that has a wonderfully inviting aura that is present from the moment you pass through the large wooden gates and into the inner courtyard.

Villa Casa Buena Suerte and a vacation to the Mexican Riviera Maya really is about relaxing and enjoying the splendid natural beauty of this magical area, so........ let's start by discovering the inviting outdoor spaces this impressive villa offers.

Off street parking is provided within the walls of the property.  This area opens up into a beautiful courtyard full of lush vegetation and eye pleasing views of the villa, pool, gathering areas, beach, and ocean just beyond.

A striking infinity edge pool with deep blue tiles is not only inviting but an innovative design feature in its mirror like quality of capturing and casting shadows and reflecting images.

Plenty of chaise lounges pool side, on the beach and at the outdoor bar, reinforce the owners desire to create an environment that is all about relaxation and the celebration of time spent with special people.  And that beach..... WOW.... white sand stretching off in both directions ringed by a gin clear blue ocean.  This is a tropical paradise with all of the ingredients to celebrate it fully.

At villa Casa Buena Suerte all paths head to the center and it is here that you find a delightful foot bath with large marble sphere that is not only functional but artistic. 

One of the highlights of villa Buena Suerte is the outdoor 'GREAT ROOM'.   This is a very large living area that will ensure you are never far from the pool and beach.

The central space has a dining room to one side, a large semi circular living room to the other and a spacious outdoor kitchen in between.  Poised above and behind the sofa is an outdoor bar under a thatched palapa with easy access to the beach, where another thatch palapa provides a couple of shady hammocks for your afternoon nap.

As difficult as it is, it is time to drag ourselves inside and discover just how wonderful the rest of villa Buena Suerte is.

The same attention to detail experienced out of doors, is carried throughout the interior.  Not only the care in the choice of materials used, but the quality of finishing and tasteful decorating touches.  Local stone, hand made tiles, native mahogany, fine linens, warm colors and contemporary furniture all contribute to the very soothing and enveloping feeling of contentment you are sure to experience at villa Casa Buena Suerte.

As you enter the home, a large sitting area is evident as the focal point of the house.  Big screen TV and a U shaped sofa provides an intimate yet open environment for guests to gather.  This comfortable living room opens through the center of the villa to expose the second floor where 4 of the 5 bedrooms are located.  Off to one side a half bath is conveniently located.

To the left of the living room is a fully equipped kitchen.  A central counter with 5 bar stools breaks up the room yet leaves the space open and airy.  Off of the kitchen is a cute terrace with small table and chair inviting someone to a moment of privacy and reflection while they enjoy their morning coffee amidst the garden foliage.

On the other end of the great room is a round dining table with seating for 8.  Patio doors open to a covered terrace and views of the pool and ocean.  Once again you will find yourself drawn to another one of the many wonderful outdoor spaces.

The terrace extends the length of the building to where another set of patio doors will let you back inside to the only bedroom suite on the ground floor.  This large suite has King bed, futon/bed,  bathroom with bidet and outdoor shower for two.

Making your way upstairs, you realize that the owners concern for visually tantalizing views is not lost here.  A balcony wraps around the room providing access to the 4 bedroom suites located on this level while treating you to pleasing views of the great room below.

 Bedroom Suite #2 has a King bed, futon that can be made into a bed, and attached en-suite with shower.  Patio doors open up to a covered terrace with sitting area to enjoy the terrific ocean and garden views.

Sharing the same terrace and view with Suite #2 is Bedroom Suite #3.  It too has King bed and attached en-suite bathroom with shower.

Suite #4 has a soothing view of a lush mangrove forest that is home to many tropical birds.  This large suite has Twin beds that can be made up as a King, plus a comfy futon sofa which can be made into a bed if required.  A desk, TV, DVD, and large en-suite bathroom with bidet and large shower complete this most inviting bedroom.

A small kitchen, library and sitting area with table are conveniently located on the second level.  Once again the attention to detail has made it very handy to grab that first coffee in the morning a late night snack while providing another inviting space to take a moment and relax.

Suite #5 is the Master and located just off of the library.  It has a King bed, private terrace with ocean view and large en-suite bathroom with soaker tub.

Last but certainly far from least..... the rooftop of villa Buena Suerte offers up another magical place to gather or get away as the mood suits you.  A large sofa with ends that work perfectly as a chaise lounge and a wet bar close at hand, PLUS those stunning ocean views, makes this an ideal spot to enjoy a sundowner while you reflect on what a very special place this is and how fortunate you are to be here sharing it with people you care about.

        * GRANDE PALAPA SUITE - new in 2010 this totally luxurious and private King suite palapa boast 20 foot ceilings, exotic wood beams, private patio and fabulous ocean view.  In addition to a glass enclosed bathroom with Caribbean views, the suite also comes with a refrigerator/mini bar and an extra bed for an additional adult of 2 children.  This suite will accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

LOCATION:
        * Soliman Bay (15 minute drive north to Akumal or 15 minute south to Tulum) (1 hour, 30 minute drive from Cancun airport) 
        * On protected bay.  Sandy beachfront.  Ideal for snorkelling & kayaking.  There is no  commercial activity on the bay.  A car is recommended in case of a medical emergency and in order to access the nearby services and activities.  Soliman bay is close to many interesting attractions such as the the natural water park at XelHa, dry caves at Aktun Chen, and the Mayan ruins of Tulum & Coba.
