Casablanca is a beautiful 4200 sq. ft. Mexico Mayan Riviera oceanfront villa located in Puerto Aventuras in the Los Rocas area just 150 yards south of Brisa Caribe.  

Upon entering Villa Casa Blanca the white marble floors, columns, skylights, indoor atrium and unobstructed view of the water, will leave you struggling to find adjectives to properly describe it.  Casa Blanca is the kind of villa one might imagine when thinking of vacationing on the Caribbean.  Bright, open, and airy, you can’t help but feel that you have arrived at somewhere you are meant to relax and celebrate your good fortune for simply being there.

The sunken living room, with it’s built in wrap around couch, is ideal for your group to lounge around sharing a drink and conversation, while sailboats float by on the breeze, dive boats haul scuba divers out to the reefs, and where fisherman search for Marlin, Sailfish and Wahoo.  Off to the side of this room in a glassed corner, is a wonderful hammock that will swallow you and your book up for countless hours.  A sliding glass door welcomes you out onto the covered terrace where a table, chairs, chaise lounges and hammocks around the 14 x 25 foot pool all invite you to make this your new home as you lose yourself in time.

Slightly above the sitting area is the dining room where up to 10 can sit and enjoy one of Sera’s special Mexican meals.  (I have tried the entire menu and can report that they are delicious.)  When you do want to cook or prepare a snack, the full kitchen is just off of the dining room and like all of Casablanca, bright and open.

On the main floor you will also find a half bath and two bedrooms facing the street/garden side of the property.  Each of these bedrooms is furnished with 2 double beds and attached bathrooms with showers.

The atrium at the entranceway opens all the way up to the second level where there are two oceanfront bedrooms and a large studio.  The studio has a sitting area and large outdoor terrace overlooking a garden where the sun will set.  These are two very inviting and private areas for escaping from the group should you wish some privacy.  The Master suite is very large with King bed, 5-piece bathroom, and a wonderful sunken Jacuzzi tub with skylight over head to completely pamper yourself.  The other bedroom on this level also has a King bed and attached bath.  The corner windows frame a dramatic view of the coast.

 
Casablanca is located on a flat rocky shoreline in the private Las Rocas area of the resort/residential community of Puerto Aventuras.  The flat rocky shoreline in front of the villa offers spectacular vistas, well appreciated privacy and lazy hours spent combing the shore for treasures.  On a calm day, snorkeling in front of the villa is spectacular.  A short stroll down from here is the Sunscape Hotel with its' sandy beach and protected bay.  Or the even nicer, Omni Beach with access to all of the Omni Hotel facilities, is a 15 minute walk or 3 minute car ride.  Puerto Aventuras offers many options for guests with restaurants, bars, shopping, golf, diving, tennis, swim with dolphins, deep sea fishing, sailing charters, parasailing and other activities & services within walking distance of the villa.
