Villa Gauguin in Akumal is a striking 6300 sq. ft. villa of contemporary design highlighted by towering glass panels, minimalistic furnishings and an architectural focus which draws inward from the beauty and colors of the natural surroundings.  The result is a refined vacation home where the boundaries of the ocean and garden environments are lost.

Villa Gauguin is bordered by a rocky coastline at the entrance to stunning Yalku Lagoon.  This natural aquarium is the habitat of countless fish and sea turtles and yours to spend countless hours exploring.

Dining options include a formal dining room with seating for 12, a breakfast table off of the kitchen or poolside tables and chairs for that al fresco experience.

A sunken living room with 15' high glass walls on the ground floor and a TV room on the second level provide plenty of indoor places for the group to gather.

 5 fully air conditioned bedrooms give up inviting ocean and garden views.

Just as it is difficult when inside the villa to determine where the transition from indoor to out is made due to all of the glass.  The infinity edge pool at Villa Gauguin provides the same deceiving effect between where the pool ends and the ocean begins.

Notes:     All prices in US Dollars and subject to change without notice

* Maximum occupancy is 14 (no more than 12 adults) Rate is for up to 8 persons. 
Add $500 for extras.  ($250 for children under 9 years of age) NOTE: children over 2 years of age at time of arrival are considered in the head count at this villa.
** Minimum 7 nights high season, (Saturday to Saturday) 5 nights in mid and 4 nights in low season (prefer over one Saturday to Saturday week)
*** There is a $500 refundable Security/Damage deposit on this villa.
**** Access to this property is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation.   Exceeding this limit is a direct violation of our rental agreement and will result in a forfeit of the security deposit and could be reason to ask you to vacate. Parties, dinners, get-togethers, drop in visitors, or any other form of access involving non registered guests, will also result in a forfeit of the security deposit unless prior permission has been granted.
