 Villa Hacienda Kukulkan credentials are impressive.  It is the only beach front villa in the Riviera Maya with full size tennis court.  Add to this a well equipped oceanfront work out room, ocean side putting greens, 6 magnificent suites, a den with ping pong table, plus a full staff to pamper guests and you have a villa suitable for the discerning vacationer.

Hacienda Kukulkan has been very tastefully decorated and furnished in a luxuriant and vibrant Mexican style, with joyful colors, beautiful fabrics, stunning chandeliers and unique details.  Hacienda Kukulkan combines an old style Hacienda with modern day luxury and service.

As you enter the walls of the residence you are greeted by a very large main courtyard.  A full size tennis court dominates. 

On one side of the courtyard there is a beautiful lime stone mural depicting a feathered serpent, the Mayan god Kukulkan for which the villa is named.

On the other side a long covered hallway with arches and stone columns leads you to the main part of the house.  Midway down the hall is a sitting area and half bath to service the tennis court.

On your left immediately after entering the courtyard, there is a set of stairs leading up to the Casita or 'little house'.  This self contained 3 room suite is ideal for someone seeking a little extra privacy and space.  It has a large bedroom with King bed, a private bath and an airy kitchen/dining/sitting area.  The small sofa will work fine for a young child or a roll-a-way cot can be arranged if required.

Walking under the arches by the side of the tennis court leads you to the main villa. Stepping through the front door you enter a truly magical courtyard with fountain, stunning views of the ocean, and walk out to the putting greens, swimming pool and beach. At night the courtyard transforms to an interior garden where you can star gaze, enjoying the gentle ocean breeze.

Off the courtyard on the north wing of the villa you have 2 sumptuous suites, one of which is beachside. Each suite has King bed and full en-suite bathroom. There is also an internet room with wireless internet access.

On the upper level of the villa are 4 additional suites, one of which is beach side.  Each suite has a King bed and full en-suite bathroom. All of the suites are quite unique with many fabulous details!

The ocean front hi-tech gymnasium is fantastic!...no excuses for not exercising while you are away on vacation, with the absolute bonus of the beautiful ocean blue views

Off of the ground floor courtyard, The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is tastefully styled with colourful tiles, beautifully carved furniture and unique hand painted chairs depicting Charros, the Mexican cowboys. Enjoy delicious delicacies cooked by the villas Mexican cook, or you may wish to sample international cuisine from one of our gourmet chefs, the choice is yours!

The comfortable ocean front living room with satellite TV has a beautiful painting of  an agave plantation where tequila is manufactured.  The open plan leads to the dining bar areas… perfect for mixing and savouring your favourite drink!  There is also a karaoke machine for the aspiring 'American Idol'.  From the living area walk out to the terrace with outdoor dining and enjoy the glorious gin blue Caribbean.

Within walking distance of the villa you have a challenging 9 hole golf course, spas, skateboard park, a marina with deep sea fishing charters,  exciting or relaxing day boat tours, parasailing, scuba diving or snorkelling boats and the village center offering International restaurants, boutiques, cafes, and bars. 

Puerto Aventuras is perfectly located to take advantage of the many attractions along the coast, Xpu Ha beach 5 minutes south, Playa Del Carmen is 15 minutes north with many restaurants and bars and the famous 5th Avenue, Akumal is 15 minutes South, Eco Parks Xcaret and Xel Ha, the ruins of Tulum and Coba are a great day out.
