Margarita Villa on Soliman Bay is affordable paradise.  Nestled on a sandy beach with palm trees looking out over the crystal blue Caribbean, this truly inviting Mayan Riviera beachfront villa offers spectacular value. 
 

 Margarita Villa is an upscale, yet very reasonably priced, Mexico beach house that overlooks gorgeous Soliman Bay near Tulum.  It is ideal for families or up to 4 couples.  (see the Riviera Maya map and the Soliman Bay map)   

Margarita Villa has five extra-large bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a spacious living-dining-kitchen area, and is fully air-conditioned.   The villa is decorated with colorful Mexican tiles and gorgeous solid mahogany furniture and cabinets. 

Margarita Villa is specifically setup to accept children of all ages.  The villa has a beachside zero level entry swimming pool that the kids will love.  Kayaks are provided so you can easily paddle around and  enjoy the calm bay.  A beach palapa gives great shade to hang out in and the patio furniture on the swimming pool sundeck all invite relaxing, restful, idle time.

The beach is sandy and the water shallow for quite a long way out.  The bay is protected by an outer reef which keeps it quite calm most of the time.  Snorkeling is ideal.

A cook is available upon request for an additional charge.

Tranquil tropical gardens in the sand are centered around a bubbling fountain and create the street side approach to the villa.  Off of the garden, near the entry, is a tiled area with gas grill just waiting for you to prepare the fresh catch of the day.

The  palapa-covered entry leads into a beautifully tiled, fully equipped kitchen.  Separating the kitchen from the dining area is a breakfast counter with solid mahogany bar stools.  The kitchen is open to the dining and living rooms creating a spacious area with fabulous views of the pool and ocean.
 

A large wrap-around couch overlooks the downstairs covered deck and swimming pool. An entertainment center is provided with a large-screen TV that has satellite service.  A mahogany and glass dining room table seats eight. 
 

The first floor includes a large bedroom overlooking the swimming pool and beach with a king-size bed and a single mattress daybed. This room has 2 sliding glass doors that provide easy access for that late night or early morning dip.  There is also a garden bedroom on the first floor with two queen-size beds that overlooks a beautiful jungle garden.  The attached bathroom has a unique outdoor shower in tropical garden like setting.

The second floor has 2 large bedrooms each with attached bathrooms.  The master bedroom is over sized with a wonderful brick dome ceiling giving it an even larger sense of grandeur.  It includes a large screen TV with satellite service and a gorgeous bathroom with double sinks.  The king size bed is dwarfed in this wonderfully decadent room.
 

The other bedroom has a king size bed plus a single mattress day bed. 

A palapa-covered deck that overlooks the pool and beach is accessed from either bedroom through floor to ceiling sliding glass doors.  A cozy sitting area provides an inviting place to stare out dreamily at the ocean.

On the rooftop is the 5th bedroom with the most amazing view.  This very large self contained suite has a couch which a child can sleep on.  The rooftop deck at this level has an amazing view of the ocean on one side and mangrove estuary on the other.

Soliman bay, where Margarita Villa is located, is a wonderfully private bay with only a few other vacation villas and bungalows. (see the Riviera Maya map and the Soliman Bay map)   There are 2 restaurants within walking distance of the villa but no other commercial activity.  A car is recommended in case of a medical emergency and in order to access the nearby services and activities.  Solomon bay is between Tulum and Akumal, close to many interesting attractions such as the the natural water park at XelHa, dry caves at Aktun Chen, and the Mayan ruins of Tulum & Coba.  For more information on the many wonderful area attractions including restaurants and Mayan Ruins, please visit the 'Area Attractions South' section of our web site.
