Villa Brisa Caribe is a 9 bedroom, 10 bath, luxury Mayan Riviera oceanfront villa available for rent to large groups of up to 20 people.  Villa Brisa Caribe is available in a 5 bedroom, 6 bedroom, 7 bedroom, 8 bedroom, or 9 bedroom configuration, depending on the time of year.

Villa Brisa Caribe  is located within the spectacular gated residential, resort community of Puerto Aventuras.  For those who have not yet heard about the wonderful community of Puerto Aventuras, you will be pleased to learn that it is close to everything. 

You will find the laid back resort of Akumal 15 minutes to the south, the funky and fast growing Playa del Carmen 15 minutes to the north, and absolutely anything you might want to find or escape from in bustling Cancun just another 50 minutes further north. 

This central location means that in less than an hour from your villa door, you can be exploring ancient Mayan ruins in Tulum, shopping at a world renown designer boutique in Cancun, negotiating for handicrafts in a Mexican open air market, diving in a cave or cavern at a an enchanted cenote, dancing the night away to a hot salsa band, riding horseback along a deserted beach, or discovering the area's natural wonders at an eco-park. 

But why drive anywhere, when within walking distance of Brisa Caribe you can swim with dolphins, discover a special new restaurant, play a relaxing round of golf, snorkel or dive a beautiful reef, play tennis, pamper yourself at a spa, shop for that special keepsake, fish for Blue Marlin, or simply reach for another cold drink while you work on your tan?

Brisa Caribe is a luxurious yet casual Riviera Maya oceanfront villa that offers all of the extras.  Arches, domes, red brick, talavera tiles, wrought iron, marble, plaster, and Mexican tile have all been incorporated into the stunning design that was completed in October 2001. Furnished and decorated with local handcrafted furniture and the owners' collection of treasures gathered from various corners of the world, it is unique and eclectic. 

With 7 bedrooms in the main villa and 2 spacious oceanfront bedrooms in the adjacent  pool house, Brisa Caribe is well suited to any group gathering with up to a maximum of 18 guests.  Family reunions, couples/families on vacation together, intimate weddings, dive groups, corporate retreats, small office getaways, or those just wanting plenty of room in a luxurious "Caribbean Casual" environment will all find Brisa Caribe to be the perfect get-a-way. 

You don't have a group of 20 or require 9 bedrooms? During off peak times of the year we will close off  bedrooms and lower the rental rate for you. 

 Do you have a large group and need even more room?  We can offer you two villas which are located side by side and welcome guests to move freely between both properties.  Or if you are a smaller group not requiring a villa as large as Brisa Caribe, one of these other Riviera Maya villas & condos might be perfect for you.
