Welcome to the Mexican Caribbean!  Jerry will be your chef and he can be hired to prepare the following delicious meals for you.  The price per meal is US$5 per person for breakfast, and US$9 per person for dinner.  

The cost of groceries is additional, and you can either arrange for the purchase of your own groceries, or Jerry can do the shopping for you for a transportation/delivery fee of US$25 per trip.  

Unfortunately Jerry is not available to prepare lunches, but there are 3 good eateries in the Soliman Bay area, plus restaurants in nearby Tulum and Akumal for you to enjoy. 


Ceviche - Fish, octopus or shrimp cocktail, prepared with juice, chopped onion, cilantro (correander) and tomato. And a dash of olive oil - Chile optional                                                                                                                                   

• Cheese fingers- strips of cheese, breaded and fried till golden
• Tuna salad
• Miniature tamales – wrapped in banana leaves

• Chicken, beef or pork cooked in red sauce, or grilled and dabbed with barbecue sauce
• Chicken enchiladas-bathed in red sauce, green sauce or mole sauce, and topped with cream, Farmer’s cheese and chopped onion 
• Tostadas- toasted tortillas layered with refried beans, chicken or beef strips, chopped lettuce, Tomato sauce , farmer’s cheese, and cream 
• Pork chops with onions 
• Filet of beef with capers 
• Fajitas (chicken, beef, pork or shrimp) prepared with grilled Chile poblano, onion, garlic and Worcestershire sauce (not spicy)
• Chicken croquettes (breast, breaded and fried till golden)
• Shrimp brochettes ( grilled with red pepper, onion and carrot)
• Boneless roast beef with gravy – served with vegetables and potatoes or rice
• Grilled shrimp stuffed with gouda cheese and wrapped in bacon 
• Chile Relleno – chile poblano stuffed with ground meat, vegetables or cheese, then dipped in beaten egg whites and sauteed till golden brown…served with a tomato sauce
• Pizza- you name your toppings 
• Spaghetti:
A ( served with a sauce made with chile poblano  and cream, topped with Pan-fried garlic shrimp
B) served with ham and bacon, and topped with a sauce  made of green tomatoes and mushrooms
C) Served with ham and bacon, and topped with a sauce made of tomatoes and mushrooms

• Scalloped potatoes au gratin
• Rice – cooked with diced carrot, peas and grains of corn

• Diced carrot, potato, chicken, peas with mayonnaise
• Sliced beets and onions in vinaigrette
• Pasta (elbows)
• Cole slaw
• Shrimp- whole with orange slices, served on a bed of lettuce
• Cactus leaf- cooked and diced with tomato, onion and cilantro, served with olive oil and vinegar

• Fruit salad- tangerine, orange, mango, grapefruit, jicama, melon, with a dash of lemon juice
•Home- made chocolate glazed doughnuts
