This cute, 240 square foot condo we call, 'Studio Alexander' is located in the Quinta Luna condo complex of Puerto Aventuras.  It is only available as an additional bedroom for a group renting either the 2 bedroom Casa Alexander or the 3 bedroom Laguna del Mar that are located in the same complex.  This additional space is Ideal for those needing a little extra room or for someone in the group wanting a little more privacy.

Studio Alexander is a bright, airy, studio unit above the garage in a separate building just steps from the main complex building, the pool and beach.  Although the view is of a parking lot and the street, there are lots of plants visible and the entire complex construction and maintenance has great attention to detail, making it quite pleasant and private despite it's less than ideal physical location.

This studio is equipped with a small kitchenette/coffee bar but is not set up for cooking.  However it is handy for keeping some refreshments cool, preparing your morning coffee and having a few snacks close at hand.

Studio Alexander has a Double and Single bed providing the option for a young one to share the room with their parents, or this may just be the ideal set up for a couple of older children. 

Max. Occupancy: 3 people,  (no more than 2 adults)

        * linens provided and changed mid week
        * ceiling fan

  BATHROOMS:  1     
* showers, bath & beach towels provided.  Bath towels changed mid week

STUDIO AMENITIES:
* Kitchenette, with 2 burner counter top stove, microwave, bar fridge, coffee maker.  NOTE: the studio is not suitable for preparing meals.  Cookware is not provided.
* Purified bottle drinking water
* Television with DVD only
* Air Conditioned with Ceiling Fan
* Linens & towels
* Housekeeping service included as follows:
        *  Less than 1 week = cleaning after check out. 
        * Weekly rentals = 1 cleaning during week + cleaning after check out. 
        * Rentals of more than 1 week are at check out unless otherwise agreed.  
        * Additional cleanings available with sufficient notice at approximately $25 per cleaning.

COMPLEX FACILITIES:
* Sandy beachfront on protected bay, ideal for swimming. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided
* Oceanfront infinity edge swimming pool with shallow end for the children
* Pool chaise lounges, tables, chairs
* Washers & Dryers (small fee to use, guests supply detergent etc)
* NOTE: no Elevator in the Studio building.  There is in the main building
* Air Conditioned exercise room
* Free wireless internet in lobby area for guests & owners
* 15-20 minute walk to restaurants, shopping, golf, tennis, diving, deep sea fishing, swim with dolphins, and other services.

NOTE:
* There is NO SMOKING inside the studio
* * Crib & Highchair MIGHT be available (please inquire)
* There is NO security safe in this condo
