Wedding & Special Events Policy

Event planner's staff is responsible for the following:
● Set up and take down of all chairs, tables, etc.
● All event planning functions
● Cleaning up of villa communal areas at the end of the event
● Food and beverage service

Additional Information:
● Security deposit of $1500 USD. Deposit is fully refundable upon departure barring any undue damage.
● In respect for neighboring properties, all events should be completed by 12 midnight.
● All events are considered on a case by case basis, and require written permission from the owner or property manager.
