1. Event fees below will be added to the standard rental rates.
- Up to 25 total attendees including house guests: add US$500 to rental rate. Maximum group size 25 guests which includes guests staying at the house plus any day guests.
2. A minimum of a 5 day rental
3. Mandatory tip of US$2-3 per guest for the staff.
4. Event planner's staff is responsible for the following:
- Set up and take down of all chairs, tables, etc.
- All wedding planning functions
- Clearing up of villa communal areas at the end of the event
- Food and beverage service
5. Security deposit of US$500.
- Deposit is fully refundable upon departure barring any undo damage.
